Our Terms & Conditions
Usually seen as the "small print", we want our Terms & Conditions to be crystal clear for everyone, so we can build a healthy trusting relationship.
Payment and Deposit
To secure your date, a deposit payment of £300 is sought upon signature of our Service Agreement. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remainder payment can be paid any time after, either by instalments or all at once, provided the full amount is cleared 3 weeks prior to the Wedding Day. Deadline for the full payment will be clearly stipulated in our Service Agreement. For bookings made within less than 3 weeks from the Wedding Day, full payment should be made upon signature of our Service Agreement.
For bookings made at least 3 months prior the Event, a discount of 7% of the total cost is applicable, provided full payment is made upon signature of Service Agreement.
At the moment, we accept payments by bank transfer only. Details will appear on the Service Agreement.
Please feel free to discuss this with our sales representative, at the time of your verbal agreement.
Your videos will be produced and uploaded online within 3 to 4 weeks of your wedding, to view, download, and share with family and friends.
We recommend that you download your videos and store them on an external hard drive, to prevent loss.
We will also be storing them online for you, but only for 45 days after delivery.
Because we take pride in the films we produce, we reserve the right to publish your Wedding Highlights Video on our website and/or video channels (YouTube, Vimeo etc…), to showcase it in our portfolio and to present it to various competitions, both nationally and internationally.
If, for any reason, you do not want your Wedding Highlights Video to be used for such purposes, please let us know about this before signing the Service Agreement. An extra 10% will then be added to your sought package.
We deliver our films in Full High Definition (2.6K/Full HD) by default. On request, we can deliver in Ultra High Definition (4K/UHD) for an extra £997 (included in the "Platinum" package). However, be aware that such videos will require a lot more storage space, such as 2-4TB External Drives (not provided), which may prove quite pricy.
Drone footage (weather & venue permitting)
Our drone pilot owns a CAA commercial drone license and we are fully insured with Public Liability. Some venues may require you to produce evidence of such certifications. Simply let us know and we will forward the sought evidence onto you/them.
Our packages include our crew travel expenses within the radius of 50 miles from Southampton SO14. Additional mileage will be charged at £0.52 per mile, on a return journey basis.
Clients are requested to provide videographers with reasonable catering (including non-alcoholic beverages) during the Event, either by agreeing with the Venue for a reasonable discretionary allowance or by reimbursing the videographers for the cost of said catering.
We were on the fence about hiring a videographer for our wedding, and after talking to Luna, we were sold! Having a video to remember the day allows us to relive the day all over again, and to see the things we did not get to notice/see the day of!
